About The Position

Mondelēz International is seeking Part Time Nabisco Merchandisers to fulfill the merchandising needs of their customers. This role involves communication and relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays for world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, and Triscuit. Merchandisers will act as ambassadors for Mondelēz, working with in-store employees and sales representatives to optimize product visibility and construct promotional displays. Key activities include conducting in-store visits, capturing display pictures, ensuring brands are well-represented and stocked according to Mondelēz’ guidelines, and confirming that sales representative's negotiated plans are followed. The role also involves following a daily schedule set by the merchandising manager, enhancing seasonal sales and new product launches, and maintaining a positive attitude while representing Mondelēz in stores. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides.
• Possess a positive and professional attitude, be self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle to a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed).
• Ability to download and use work related applications on your personal device.
• Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment and to meet the defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs.
• Live within 25 miles range from the primary location: New Port Richey, FL.
• Schedule availability required: Sunday | Monday | Wednesday | Friday | Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill the merchandising needs of customers through communication & relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays.
• Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees.
• Work closely with the sales representative to optimize the visibility of Mondelēz products on shelves and to construct promotional displays.
• Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
• Ensure Nabisco leading brands (Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among others) are well represented, stocked, and maintained through the implementation of Mondelēz’ guidelines.
• Ensure Sales Representative’s negotiated plans with store managers are being followed and communicate any issues with Mondelēz’ management team.
• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure the most efficient in-store service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
• Demonstrate positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.
