About The Position

Join the Mondelēz International team as a Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer. This role involves fulfilling the merchandising needs of customers through communication and relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays. You will act as an ambassador for world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, and Triscuit. The position requires representing Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and collaborating with sales representatives to optimize product visibility and construct promotional displays. Responsibilities include carrying out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps, capturing display pictures, and ordering product via an iPad Tablet to ensure in-stock conditions. You will ensure leading Nabisco brands are well-represented, stocked, and maintained per Mondelēz’ guidelines, and verify that Sales Representative’s negotiated plans with store managers are followed, communicating any issues to management. The role also involves following a daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient in-store service, enhancing seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches, and maintaining a positive attitude while representing Mondelēz in store. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age.
Have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides.
Be self-motivated and able to work independently.
Ability to drive your personal vehicle to a variety of store locations.
Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment.
Ability to meet the defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs.
Ability to occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs.
Ability to physically move our products from the stock rooms to store floor and stocking the store’s shelves.
Live within 25-35 miles range from the primary location: Santa Rosa, CA.
Schedule availability required: Monday- Friday 6:00-8:00 AM Start Time.
Occasional weekends and holidays as needed.

Nice To Haves

High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Fulfill the merchandising needs of customers through communication & relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays.
Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees.
Work closely with sales representatives to optimize the visibility of Mondelēz products on shelves and to construct promotional displays.
Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
Order product (via iPad Tablet) for shelf and display to ensure in stock conditions.
Ensure Nabisco leading brands (Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among others) are well represented, stocked, and maintained through the implementation of Mondelēz’ guidelines.
Ensure Sales Representative’s negotiated plans with store managers are being followed and communicate any issues with Mondelēz’ management team.
Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure the most efficient in-store service.
Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
Demonstrate positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.
