Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides.
Someone with a positive and professional attitude who is self-motivated and can work independently.
Ability to drive your personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed).
Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment and to meet the defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs.
Occasionally, pushing and pulling over 50 lbs.
Physically moving our products from the stockroom to store floor and stocking the store’s shelves.
Live within 25-35 miles range from the primary location: Elizabethtown, PA.
Live within 25-35 miles range from the secondary location: Columbia, PA.

Nice To Haves

High School Diploma or GED preferred; or can earn your GED while gaining the skills!
1-3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods preferred.

Responsibilities

Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism, positivity, and a commitment to excellence as the face of iconic brands and owners of the biscuit aisle.
Serve as the face of the company, delivering outstanding customer service to both store teams and shoppers.
Execute daily store visits following Mondelēz’ Direct Store Delivery (DSD) Merchandising Excellence, including capturing display photos via digital merchandising initiative (DMI).
Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel, such as backroom receivers and store managers, to support execution and visibility of brands.
Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions for both shelf and display using Salesforce.
Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with Retail Territory Manager (RTM)-negotiated plans with the stores.
Follow daily schedules and priorities set by your RTM for efficient coverage among your retail team and colleagues.
Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high visibility merchandising events.
Communicate store-level insights, issues, or opportunities to your RTM and management team.
Stay Safe & Compliant, embracing the physical nature of the role – including lifting, bending, and moving product through a snack-powered hustle.
