Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides.
  • Someone with a positive and professional attitude who is self-motivated and can work independently.
  • Ability to drive your personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed).
  • Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment and to meet the defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs.
  • Occasionally, pushing and pulling over 50 lbs.
  • Physically moving our products from the stockroom to store floor and stocking the store’s shelves.
  • Live within 25-35 miles range from the primary location: Elizabethtown, PA.
  • Live within 25-35 miles range from the secondary location: Columbia, PA.

Nice To Haves

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred; or can earn your GED while gaining the skills!
  • 1-3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism, positivity, and a commitment to excellence as the face of iconic brands and owners of the biscuit aisle.
  • Serve as the face of the company, delivering outstanding customer service to both store teams and shoppers.
  • Execute daily store visits following Mondelēz’ Direct Store Delivery (DSD) Merchandising Excellence, including capturing display photos via digital merchandising initiative (DMI).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel, such as backroom receivers and store managers, to support execution and visibility of brands.
  • Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions for both shelf and display using Salesforce.
  • Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with Retail Territory Manager (RTM)-negotiated plans with the stores.
  • Follow daily schedules and priorities set by your RTM for efficient coverage among your retail team and colleagues.
  • Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high visibility merchandising events.
  • Communicate store-level insights, issues, or opportunities to your RTM and management team.
  • Stay Safe & Compliant, embracing the physical nature of the role – including lifting, bending, and moving product through a snack-powered hustle.
