Senior Partners are expected to have primarily responsibility for developing and managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, capturing and converting premium consulting opportunities into sustainable engagements, improving maturity of consulting services and contributing to growth and development for Wipro. This role has leadership responsibilities across for one or more specific practice/vertical/client account of significant scale, they drive sales, consulting delivery, growth and people development for their units. The Senior Partner must achieve personal billability at high fee rates.
