The NA Technical Product Owner will play a crucial role in shaping the North American Commercial Strategy by leading and executing key components of Trade Promotion Management (TPM), Sales Planning, Forecasting, and Quota initiatives. In this role, the Technical Product Owner will be responsible for managing the TPx product(s), ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs. The individual will oversee the integration of TPx tools with other internal and external systems, facilitating seamless data flow and functionality. The ideal candidate will focus on enabling capabilities that drive technology investment and strengthen strategic customer relationships within the North America Customer Development organization. This position requires a blend of technical knowledge, strategic leadership, and management skills to influence the North America Sales technology landscape in line with Kenvue's "Digital First" vision. Key responsibilities include acting as the Technical Product Owner for existing trade promotion, planning, and forecasting products, leading the TPx Program for a new SaaS-based TPM tool, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that the TPM tool meets business objectives while delivering a superior user experience. The role also involves gathering and prioritizing requirements from stakeholders, tracking key performance metrics, and identifying opportunities for process improvements and system optimizations.
