NA SIS Audit Lead

About The Position

The North American Stellantis Industrial System (SIS) Audit Lead will have direct oversight and will lead the coordination of all SIS audits in North America.  Responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:   Creation and execution of the annual audit schedule Integration with the North American and Global audit teams  Auditor alignment to the audit grids  Integration with Plant Leadership to host kick off and wrap up audit meetings  Plant readiness support   Tracking & reporting of audit results  Gap analysis of audit results aligned with Academy and Deployment team support   Coordination of plant follow up reviews by the auditors  Travel co-ordination   Audit attendance - travel will be required   The ideal candidate will have proven and strong competencies related to Excel and PowerPoint.  Professional reporting will be required to be reviewed at all levels of the organization. The candidate will be able to manage the coordination of groups of people from different regions to seamlessly execute the audit process. Additionally, this role may be used as a trainer at our SIS Academies to support our annual training plans and perform data collection.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in related field or Bachelor degree plus 5 years of experience in related field
  • Experience in training program development and management
  • Manufacturing experience with maintenance aptitude
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
  • Highly organized with the ability to adapt to changes
  • Ability to work in a team and in a fast paced environment Ability to work with all levels of management and UAW
  • Ability to equate actions to results

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the SIS audit process
  • Experience in direct application of WCM / SIS methodology and associated tools
  • Completion of a train the trainer program (certified trainer)
  • Supervisor experience
  • Instructional design experience: classroom, electronic, on-the-job
  • Ability to use raw data to drive strategic plans to impact KPIs
