As the Retail Events & Experiences Manager, you’ll play a hands-on role in leading the strategy and execution of UGG North America’s retail and experiential programs. Requirements

  • Curious and collaborative team player with 6–8 years of experience in event marketing, brand activations, experiential, or related fields
  • Confident project leader, able to manage all aspects of a project end to end, internally and with external partners
  • Passionate about culture, community, and creating memorable brand moments
  • Bring a roster of event/production agencies, producers, and partners for various project needs
  • Familiar with event logistics, vendor coordination, and on-the-ground execution
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple moving parts and timelines
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and calm under pressure
  • Interested in fashion, lifestyle, or culturally driven brands with an eye for emerging trends
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and supporting senior team members
  • Ability to travel up to 25% for necessary key market activations and internal meetings

Responsibilities

  • Lead planning and execution of regional brand experiences and events across key markets and stories in the seasonal marketing calendar
  • Partner closely with Retail leadership and store teams for seamless activation planning, onboarding, communication, training, and day-of event readiness
  • Collaborate with cross-functional North America teams to deliver activations supporting product launches, collaborations, and cultural events
  • Support integrated channel strategy for events, ensuring consistent messaging and awareness through brand and partner channels
  • Manage external agencies and vendors for event design, production, logistics, and execution
  • Oversee timelines, budgets, run-of-shows, and vendor communications for seamless event execution
  • Build strategic annual calendar of sustained programming and animations to foster community connection, traffic, and conversion
  • Support talent and influencer guest experience during key activations
  • Assist in developing event recaps, performance reporting, and best practice documentation
  • Partner with internal stakeholders on content capture and usage plans for social, PR, and paid channels
