About The Position

Self-manages development and successful execution of account business plan and strategies in collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Category and Omnichannel teams to drive growth and profitability with limited oversight from their manager. Demonstrates a deep understanding of product categories, business management, and sales challenges and strategies. Proven ability to work effectively with and influence top US Retail partners. Monitors key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales performance to identify areas for improvement and develops action plans accordingly. Gathers and analyzes customer feedback and data to understand customer needs, preferences, and pain points, and translates insights into actionable improvements. Able to apply knowledge of online and in-store shopper journey and work with key stakeholders in Omnichannel and Shopper Marketing to continually improve results. Oversees functional responsibilities in one or several areas such as market analysis, marketing engagement, omnichannel execution, business planning, and operations, etc. Innovative thinker able to find creative solutions as issues arise. Embraces challenging situations and enjoys overcoming adversity. Able to go from strategic thinking to detailed execution while always meeting deadlines Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence. Typically has 5-7 years of work experience, preferably in sales, retail, business development, category management, P&L management, or a related field. Requirements

  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
