About The Position
The NA Direct NAX Trainer for Nike, Inc. is responsible for delivering training and development programs to retail leaders and store teams within the Central Retail Territory. This role focuses on enhancing the skills of Firstline teammates through engaging training sessions, both in-person and virtual, while fostering cross-functional relationships and implementing effective training strategies to support business operations.
