As a key contributor to Bayer's North America Australia and New Zealand (NA ANZ) Product Supply team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing data strategies that enhance accessibility, interoperability, and reusability of data across various functions. You will engage with regional IT leaders and participate actively in governance committees, representing NA ANZ Product Supply in global projects and new business innovation initiatives. Your expertise will be crucial in defining best practices, design patterns, and standards for data strategy, ensuring seamless access to data generated internally and externally. Collaborating closely with IT organizations, you will drive business execution of investments necessary to achieve the data strategy and lead strategic projects as data solution lead.
