We have an exciting opportunity for an Affiliate Marketing Specialist to join Vista's Global Digital Marketing Team. As a part of the Affiliate Marketing Channel team, you will work to acquire new customers and optimize repeat buyers by engaging partners around the globe to promote Vista’s products and offerings.

Requirements

  • 1-2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing
  • Prior experience and understanding of digital marketing, with a curiosity about using data to drive decisions
  • Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills and ability to establish relationships with internal and external partners
  • Great organizational skills in order to balance multiple sophisticated projects at once
  • Track record of success working both independently and within diverse, global teams
  • Analytical thinker with enthusiasm for data-driven marketing

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
  • Previous experience with Impact.com and/or SaaS affiliate platforms
  • Familiarity with Looker, Google Sheets, and Outlook
  • Proficiency with Excel, using and creating pivot tables/charts, VLOOKUP formulas, and conditional formatting

Responsibilities

  • Support the affiliate channel initiatives to ensure proper code management, partner compliance and performance validation between internal data and the affiliate channel platform
  • Own performance reporting templates, data input for Looker integration, and contribute to Market reporting
  • Work with tech, pricing, creative, and promotional planning teams to acquire required campaign assets and build quarterly offer strategy
  • Track global weekly, monthly and quarterly channel performance relative to forecasts and assist team in developing forecasting methodologies and goals
  • Coordinate with the Global agency team to support ongoing initiatives, keeping the agency updated on campaign changes and reviewing deliverables
