About The Position
MasterBrand Cabinets LLC is seeking a dedicated individual to interact with multiple layers of management to identify and resolve safety issues. The candidate will be responsible for training and educating both new and current employees in the classroom and on the shop floor. A strong knowledge of the process flow of the department and a basic understanding of the departments up and down the value stream is essential. The role requires the ability to assess problems, prioritize responsibilities, and participate in leading problem-solving events such as Kaizen, pFEMA, and TPM events. Leadership skills and the ability to build relationships with necessary resources are crucial. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
