About The Position

Ambassadors are student representatives who support the college's mission while assisting prospective students throughout the enrollment process.

Requirements

• Must be a currently enrolled MWCC student (minimum 6 credit hours per semester) in good academic standing
• Able to commit to 10 hours per week
• Ambassadors should contribute to a welcoming atmosphere, have good interpersonal skills and be comfortable working with confidential information
• Strong oral and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Providing information to customers via multiple channels, such as: telephone, email, in-person, etc.
• Greet visitors to the college (students, prospective students, families, etc.)
• Conduct campus tours
• Assist with Open Houses, Information Sessions and other college events, both on and off-campus
• Assist the office staff with other tasks, assembly of materials, answering phones, filing and mailings.
