About The Position

Responsible for supervising Work-Space with emphasis placed on ensuring quality and consistent delivery of customer service and cleanliness to our members with the ultimate goal of promoting MVP Work-Space as a value-added tool to retain All-Star members as members.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent or relevant work experience.
  • Excellent verbal and personal communication skills, confident, outgoing, and professional.
  • Minimum 6 months prior customer service experience in high volume service industry.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently, meet goals and deadlines, and pay close attention to details.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Team-oriented disposition and strong human relations skills, able to handle all kinds of personalities.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective customer working relationships with the public, administrators, peers, and subordinates.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to stand a majority of shifts at greeting counter or in Workspace. Bend, stoop, crouch, climb, stand, sit and turn/pivot, lift/lower, push, pull, and carry up to 80 lbs. Perform office tasks using simple hand grasping, fine hand manipulation, and reach associated with assigned tasks such as paperwork, typing, and/or word processing, filing, calculating, and use of telephone. See, hear, and speak with sufficient capability to perform assigned tasks and maintain proper job safety conditions.

Responsibilities

  • Know, understand, and exemplify the MVP Sports Clubs Values and Service Standards.
  • Greet all members, guests, and staff at the Workspace Desk. Check all members and guests into the facility making sure appropriate forms and waivers are filled out when necessary.
  • Ensures that all Team Members (in and out of their department) know, understand, and exemplify the MVP Sports Clubs Values and Service Standards.
  • Meet and greet all members upon arrival and be available for and responsive to client needs at all times as well as effectively address and/or communicate members’ concerns, comments, and questions to the appropriate manager or director.
  • Uses checklists to always ensure a clean and professional facility including but not limited to cleaning up Work-Space common space, conference rooms, kitchen, and restrooms daily.
  • Market and develop usage of conference and meeting rooms.
  • Handle the booking and reservation of rental space and manage space inventory system.
  • Maintain a neat and professional personal appearance by wearing the MVP Sports Clubs uniform (see uniform matrix) and name badge.
  • Other duties as assigned.
