About the position

The position involves developing and implementing comprehensive global sourcing strategies to attract top talent in alignment with Gartner's strategic objectives. Additionally, the role includes designing and managing global talent acquisition programs, providing leadership to the Referrals team, and ensuring recruitment strategies support Gartner's broader inclusion strategy. The candidate will lead a team of talent sourcers and program specialists, establish key performance indicators to measure sourcing effectiveness, and prepare reports for senior leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive global sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent.
  • Analyze global labor market trends and competitor practices to refine sourcing strategies.
  • Identify target talent pools and markets for specific roles and geographies.
  • Collaborate with internal Recruiting leadership to align on Sourcing needs across Business Units.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods to identify potential candidates.
  • Implement advanced search techniques to uncover passive candidates.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified talent pools.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve sourcing effectiveness.
  • Design and manage global talent acquisition programs.
  • Provide leadership and strategic guidance to the Referrals team.
  • Lead Talent Acquisition's event strategy to drive candidate cultivation.
  • Measure the success of all TA programs and events.
  • Evolve and enhance Talent Acquisition associate-facing programs.
  • Develop and implement strategies aligned to the company's inclusion strategy.
  • Establish programs and partnerships to reach new communities of talent.
  • Lead a team to provide subject matter expertise to Talent Acquisition professionals.
  • Monitor and analyze hiring and candidate cultivation metrics.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Talent sourcers and Program specialists.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for sourcing strategies.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on sourcing activities to senior leadership.

Requirements

  • Proven experience (10+ years) in talent acquisition, with a focus on global sourcing and program management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of global labor markets and recruitment practices.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
