Associates Degree or equivalent experience 1 year supervisory or management experience preferably horse racing industry TIPS certification Able to follow verbal and written instructions Able to communicate clearly and effectively Able to coach, discipline and motivate staff Knowledge of Micros POS, Microsoft Office and ability to type Basic math and cash handling procedures Able to take direction and achieve results Able to deal with stressful and confrontations situations Able to make decisions in stressful and confrontational situations Demonstrated ability to work independently STAY IN THE GAME. Requirements

Associates Degree or equivalent experience
1 year supervisory or management experience preferably horse racing industry
TIPS certification
Able to follow verbal and written instructions
Able to communicate clearly and effectively
Able to coach, discipline and motivate staff
Knowledge of Micros POS, Microsoft Office and ability to type
Basic math and cash handling procedures
Able to take direction and achieve results
Able to deal with stressful and confrontations situations
Able to make decisions in stressful and confrontational situations
Demonstrated ability to work independently
