Proficiency in one or more musical instruments and the ability to perform live for an audience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a warm, engaging presence
Ability to adapt music selections to meet residents’ preferences and abilities
Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
Availability to perform during weekdays with occasional weekend availability
