Requirements

• Must have a reliable automobile and valid driver's license with minimum state-required liability auto insurance.

Nice To Haves

• 2 years of full-time experience as a Music Therapist in a Healthcare setting for Level II.
• Master's Degree in Music Therapy or Counseling for Level III.
• Approved AMTA Intern Supervisor status for advanced levels.
• Advanced HPMT certification status for advanced levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide music therapy services to hospice patients and their families.
