Requirements
- MT-BC Certification (required)
- 1+ year of experience (psychiatric setting preferred)
- Empathy, creativity, and strong communication skills
- A team-oriented mindset and a positive attitude
Responsibilities
- Lead impactful music therapy sessions
- Support patients in expressing emotions, building connections, and finding calm
- Collaborate with a dynamic team of mental health professionals
- Help create a safe, engaging, and therapeutic environment
