About The Position
The South Whittier School District is seeking a qualified individual for a teaching position in music. The ideal candidate will possess a California Single Subject Credential in Music or a Multiple Subject Teaching Credential authorizing services in music, or a Bachelor's Degree with a major or minor in music. The position requires a CLAD, BCLAD, or English Learner Authorization, along with a minimum of one year of successful experience teaching music or band at the elementary and/or middle school level. Bilingual/Biliterate in Spanish is desirable.
