Part-Time Music School Administrator - Tacoma, WA
About The Position
Cappella Music Academy is seeking a fun and professional part-time staff member to help administer our music school location in Tacoma. This staff member will serve as the primary point of contact for our students, families, and teachers to ensure smooth functioning of our day-to-day operations. The hours for this part-time role are Thursday 12:15-8:45pm, Friday 11:45am-8:15pm, and Saturday 8:45am-4:15pm. The expected start date for this position is March 2nd. About Ensemble Schools Ensemble Schools is a partnership of community-driven music & dance schools that maintain individual identities but share resources to ensure their mutual success. This posting is for Cappella Music Academy, with locations serving Tacoma, Gig Harbor, and Bonney Lake, WA. Cappella Music Academy offers the highest caliber of music lessons in Bonney Lake, Washington, Tacoma, Washington and Gig Harbor, Washington. Our elite team of music teachers strives to make learning fun and engaging for music students of all ages and skill levels. We opened our first location in Lake Tapps, Washington in 2013. We have served hundreds of students over the past three years and have grown consistently over time. We offer the highest caliber of group and private music lessons in Bonney Lake, Tacoma, Gig Harbor and the surrounding communities.
Requirements
- An organized, motivated self-starter with a strong customer service mindset
Nice To Haves
- A demonstrated interest in music and music education would be an asset.
Responsibilities
- Greeting students arriving for lessons and ensuring that teachers stay on schedule
- Responding to scheduling-related phone calls and emails from students and families
- Processing enrollments, sales skills relevant
- Interfacing with teachers to help them manage their student schedules
- General administrative tasks as needed
