About The Position

The Music Royalty Administrator at NKSFB will play a crucial role in the Business Management team, focusing on royalty administration for clients in the music industry. Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of music royalties experience required.
• 2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Business strongly preferred.
• Solid mathematical and analytical skills.
• Oral and written communication skills.
• Fluent command of English.
• High level of professionalism.
• Organizational and prioritization skills.
• Time management skills.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Proficiency in Windows.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with Python and using a command line to run scripts.
• Royalty audit experience.

Responsibilities

• Download all royalty source statements and organize them internally.
• Field high volumes of internal and external royalty inquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
• Prepare change of address notices for new clients.
• Meet hard reporting deadlines while maintaining a professional attitude under pressure.
