The SoundOn team, an all-in-one platform powered by TikTok, is dedicated to supporting music creators at every stage of their careers. This includes providing integrated promotion tools, universal music distribution, diverse monetization opportunities, and smart music creation resources. We are looking for talented individuals to join our team in 2025, offering unparalleled opportunities to kickstart your career and explore limitless growth. Successful candidates must be able to commit to an onboarding date by the end of 2025, and applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis. We encourage early applications, as candidates can apply to a maximum of two positions and will be considered in the order of application. As part of the SoundOn team, you will be responsible for discovering music promotion efforts and managing weekly pipelines to match songs with appropriate promotional resources. You will collaborate with the product team, A&R, and artist management teams to develop marketing proposals that include influencer marketing, creative ideation, and rollout plans. Additionally, you will collect feedback and generate insights for product development of the music promotion platform and algorithmic promotion strategy iteration. Leading promotion campaigns with cross-functional teams, you will manage projects effectively to secure promotion results. You will also identify and monitor emerging music trends, exploring new promotional opportunities to leverage TikTok's ecosystem and enhance promotion capabilities.
