Why We're Hiring Support Complex’s Music Partnership and Merchandising teams to deliver the audience a curated shopping and IRL experiences made up of exclusive products from aspirational brands, artists, and personalities. Please Note: This role is on-site in our Hollywood, CA office 5 days a week from June 8, 2026 - August 14, 2026. This unpaid internship is eligible for college credit and provides hands-on experience in Music Partnerships where you'll work closely with our team, contributing to meaningful projects.

Responsibilities

  • Support merchandising initiatives, special projects, research efforts, and pop-up activations
  • Maintain ongoing communication by following up with clients and vendors as needed
  • Track and organize sales pitches from initial outreach through closing and execution
  • Attend internal and external meetings, providing the Music Partnerships team with detailed notes and clear action items
  • Develop proficiency in key platforms used by Complex, including Klaviyo, Algolia, Shopify, and Airtable
  • Create compelling presentation decks tailored for music partners
  • Input and maintain data into company tools such as Airtable, Salesforce and Slack
  • Support multiple daily product launches by working closely with the E-Commerce, Customer Service, and Content teams to ensure complete and accurate product information is available to all
  • Communicate effectively with partners and internal teams to find timely solutions to resolve issues and challenges
