About The Position

This position is responsible for the distribution, collection and organization of the choral library documents/sheet music.

Requirements

• Must maintain enrollment in at least 6 credits at LBCC
• Must maintain satisfactory academic progress throughout each term
• Must maintain a cumulative grade point average of 2.0 or better
• Must have financial aid in place to be eligible to work in a Work Study student employee capacity at Linn-Benton Community College
• Requires basic office operations knowledge and skills
• Must be able to use Google Sheets
• Must be able to communicate effectively with large groups of people
• Must be able to perform the duties of the position efficiently and effectively with minimal supervision and following well-defined policies and procedures
• Must be able to communicate clearly with diverse populations in a courteous manner, exercising patience, either over the phone or in person
• Must be able to work respectfully with individuals from all cultures, backgrounds, and perspectives
