About The Position

Location: 107 Ridge Ave., Athol, MA Hours/week: 2-5 hours per week Exemption: Non-exempt Pay Range: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour starting pay varies depending on experience and qualifications Lead music instruction; assist as Kid’s Club Aid
Requirements
- High School or GED Required
- 1+ years’ experience working with children
- Must be self-motivated, organized, and creative
- Good communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Skilled in a brass instrument or piano preferred
- Skilled in theater arts or drama preferred
Responsibilities
- Plan and implement curriculum and programming that effectively meet the developmental needs of both individuals and groups.
- Monitor and maintain the facility to ensure cleanliness, safety, and functionality, including attention to minor repairs, health and safety standards, inventory management, and supply or equipment requests.
- Complete all assigned documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to encourage participation, engagement, and collaboration.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure environment at the end of each day.
- Ensure compliance with all State regulations related to health, education, nutrition, and professional development.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
