About The Position
The Museum Store and Guest Services Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Museum’s retail store and Guest Services team. This position plays a critical role in creating a welcoming first impression for visitors, managing a mission-driven retail space, and leading membership sales initiatives.
