About The Position

Museum educators engage with visitors about the museums and its collections by: Researching natural history topics and creating various types of educational programs, giving tours, and hands on activities for our Discovery room. Greeting visitors and sell items in the gift shop Developing and implementing projects to support museum collections and exhibits, like moving items, labeling, cleaning and organizing, and making new displays. Collaborating with other museum team members on projects and programming

Requirements

  • Students must be enrolled as an undergraduate student at UW-Stevens Point
  • Have a passion for natural history
  • Enjoy relating to a variety of people
