MUSE is a pioneering initiative founded by Dr. Dalal Abu Amneh and Dr. Richard J. Davidson at the Center for Healthy Minds. It integrates neuroscience, psychology, music, contemplative science, and ancient wisdom to advance a multidimensional understanding of self-evolution. MUSE develops diagnostic frameworks that identify inner blind spots and creates precise contemplative, somatic, and vocalization-based therapeutic practices to support personal and collective healing. Its vision includes research programs, experiential workshops, and digital tools that make inner transformation accessible to diverse communities. The Program Coordinator will support the strategic, operational, and administrative development of MUSE’s research and experiential programs. Working closely with the Director, this role coordinates multiple project streams, supports research processes, manages communications, and assists in the creation of MUSE’s diagnostic and therapeutic tools. The position requires strong organization, emotional intelligence, and alignment with MUSE’s mission. This position will require some work to be performed in-person, onsite, at a designated campus work location. Some work may be performed remotely, at an offsite, non-campus work location. Occasional evening and weekend work at off-site events may be required. The primary work location is the Center for Healthy Minds.
