About The Position

Come join the team that’s Changing What’s Possible at MUSC Clements Ferry, Brand New Clinic opening December 2025 located between Charleston and Mount Pleasant at 1101 Waterline St Charleston. We are a large outpatient clinic with over 20 different specialties. Enjoy a routine daytime schedule with no evenings, weekends or holidays and free parking on site. This position is located in the Primary care & Pediatrics Clinic. Our team is comprised of RNs, LPNs, and CMAs, all working together with our providers to make a difference in the lives of our patients. Requirements

• Licensure as a registered nurse by the South Carolina Board of Nursing or Nursing License Compact.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Current South Carolina RN License or multi-state Nursing License Compact and BLS required.
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or American Red Cross BLS for Healthcare Providers certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provides nursing care to patients using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation).
• Directs and leads other assigned team members and collaborates with multidisciplinary team members to provide age/developmentally appropriate care in accordance with nursing standards of care and practice.
• Provide patient/family centered care using the nursing process and focusing on the physical, emotional, spiritual, cultural, religious, and environmental needs.
• Maintains a safe, therapeutic, and healing environment through ensuring patient privacy and responsive, respectful, accepting, and professional behavior.
• Demonstrates the ability to function in a professional setting through active participation in a professional practice model.
• Coordinates the effective and efficient delivery of patient care services through the application of care management principles.
• Identifies clinical priorities and initiates action to improve patient outcomes.
