The Clinical Laboratory Manager at MUSC is responsible for overseeing the laboratory's operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing clinical and administrative support. This role requires in-depth knowledge of laboratory testing, reporting procedures, specimen collection and processing, as well as the operation and maintenance of laboratory equipment. The manager will supervise all care team members in the laboratory, support the Lab Director, maintain lab quality control, update policies and procedures, and perform technical bench duties as needed.
