About The Position

The Murray's Cheese Master is responsible for creating a unique customer cheese experience, embodying food passion, cheese knowledge, interactive customer service, team leadership, and industry-leading merchandising. This role involves working closely with Deli Merchandising and District Staff, as well as direct reports, to foster an environment of outgoing, personal, and theatrical cheese retailing within the store. The Cheese Master will role model proactive selling and superior product knowledge to drive targeted sales and demonstrate the company’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety. Responsibilities

• Create a unique customer cheese experience that embodies food passion, cheese knowledge, interactive customer service, team leadership, and industry-leading merchandising
• Work closely with Deli Merchandising and District Staff, as well as direct reports, to create an environment of outgoing, personal, theatrical cheese retailing within the store environment
• Role model proactive selling and superior product knowledge to drive sales in a targeted manner
