About The Position

The Murray's Cheese Lead is responsible for creating an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service and maintaining a safe and clean environment to encourage customer returns. This role assists management in achieving sales and profit goals for the department and monitors and controls established quality assurance standards. The individual is expected to demonstrate the company’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety. Dillons, based in Hutchinson, Kansas, merged with The Kroger Company in 1983 and now serves customers in over 60 stores throughout Kansas.
