About The Position

The Municipal Sales Representative at CITCO is responsible for growing sales and gross profit in alignment with the company's sales strategy and vision. This role focuses on developing and enhancing customer relationships by providing leading solutions to help them achieve their goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, sales or related field OR equivalent years of work experience
  • Basic knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office programs
  • Basic understanding of how to use office equipment, e.g. Print, copy, fax, scan

Responsibilities

  • Grows sales, gross profit, and customer base by selling CITCO’s products and services
  • Provides strategic sales focus in assigned territories to create sales growth
  • Promotes all CITCO market strategies effectively to customer base
  • Develops and enhances relationships with our customers by providing leading solutions that achieve goals and exceed expectations
  • Checks on competitive activity and develops new methods of attaining new customers and accounts
  • Monitors sales trends and performance results
  • Attends trade shows and assists with planning of exhibits
  • Participates in education and training conferences on selling and marketing programs
  • Utilizes tools and software for sales planning and focused opportunity tracking
  • Aids inside sales in troubleshooting problems regarding products and services provided
