  • Focus on real estate matters affecting cities, counties, special districts, and other public agencies.
  • Advise public entities on property transactions, development projects, land use, leasing, acquisitions, and related real estate issues.
  • Draft and negotiate real estate documents including acquisitions, sales, leases, and development agreements.
  • Ensure compliance with land use, zoning, and CEQA/NEPA regulations.
  • Work closely with public officials and staff.
  • Strong interest in public sector work.
  • Experience advising public entities on real estate matters.
  • Background in transactions such as acquisitions, sales, leases, and development agreements.
  • Familiarity with land use, zoning, and CEQA/NEPA compliance.
  • Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Must be located in California.
  • Must be licensed to practice in California.
  • 5 to 8 years of real estate, municipal, or land use law experience.
