To learn more about our purpose and values, visit our career site at https://careers.reece.com/us/ Purpose This position will primarily focus on a new hire/recent graduate that will be responsible for the deployment of smart water solutions (AMR/AMI) to municipalities/utilities for small projects (<5000 endpoints) and, with assistance from other Project Managers, larger projects.

Responsibilities

Be primary point-of-contact between Fortiline and municipality for the duration of the project with support from Senior/Principal Project Manager(s)
Ensure all parties (Fortiline, municipality, meter manufacturer, installer/sub-contractor (if applicable)) have everything in place prior to project kickoff To include manufacturer New Customer Registrations
Lead Project Kickoff and regularly scheduled cadence meetings (weekly/bi-weekly)
Produce system performance metrics to review during deployment
Train municipality staff on meter manufacturer software and installation software (if applicable)
Obtain checkoff signatures from all that are trained
Facilitate integration between municipality billing software and meter manufacture software to ensure smooth transition
Work with assistance from other PMs and manufacturer to produce swap file for billing
Monitor and QC check all meter installations for correct data input
Provide support for troubleshooting issues that arise during project deployment
Obtain Project Close Out Letter at completion of project
