To learn more about our purpose and values, visit our career site at https://careers.reece.com/us/ Purpose This position will primarily focus on a new hire/recent graduate that will be responsible for the deployment of smart water solutions (AMR/AMI) to municipalities/utilities for small projects (<5000 endpoints) and, with assistance from other Project Managers, larger projects.

Responsibilities

  • Be primary point-of-contact between Fortiline and municipality for the duration of the project with support from Senior/Principal Project Manager(s)
  • Ensure all parties (Fortiline, municipality, meter manufacturer, installer/sub-contractor (if applicable)) have everything in place prior to project kickoff To include manufacturer New Customer Registrations
  • Lead Project Kickoff and regularly scheduled cadence meetings (weekly/bi-weekly)
  • Produce system performance metrics to review during deployment
  • Train municipality staff on meter manufacturer software and installation software (if applicable)
  • Obtain checkoff signatures from all that are trained
  • Facilitate integration between municipality billing software and meter manufacture software to ensure smooth transition
  • Work with assistance from other PMs and manufacturer to produce swap file for billing
  • Monitor and QC check all meter installations for correct data input
  • Provide support for troubleshooting issues that arise during project deployment
  • Obtain Project Close Out Letter at completion of project
