Requirements
- 3 or more years of experience practicing municipal law preferred, including drafting ordinances and resolutions, dealing with open meeting laws, land use and planning, conflicts of interest, free speech regulations, public safety issues, election law matters, and other issues surrounding public agency clients.
- Candidates must be licensed in California.
