Our Rosemont office is centrally located within the Chicago metropolitan area and serves as the hub for our engineering services operations. Our team provides general development review services for 39 communities, 26 of which we are named Municipal Engineer. Our services often range from concept level site plan review through final engineering and construction. Our expertise includes not only review for compliance with local codes and general engineering standards, but also coordination with outside regulatory agencies, stormwater and floodplain review, traffic management and traffic impact study analysis, electrical systems including roadway and site lighting, and mechanical systems such as storm and sanitary pump stations, water distribution storage and distribution, back-up owned generators, structural review of bridges and retaining walls, and landscape architects for streetscape and site landscape review and design.
