As an MST Therapist, you will work closely with youth ages 12–17, their families, and key members of their community to implement the Multisystemic Therapy (MST) model with fidelity. MST therapists do whatever it takes-through collaboration, creativity, and evidence-based practice-to address the complex needs of juveniles with serious criminal offenses, often alongside substance use challenges. You will help families build skills to address challenging behaviors and support youth in making meaningful, life-transforming changes.

  • Actively engage caregivers, family members, natural supports, and community partners in change-oriented treatment.
  • Participate in weekly case planning and ongoing evaluation of progress with support from supervisors and team members.
