As an MST Therapist, you will work within an evidence-based, community-focused treatment model designed to support youth involved in the delinquency system and their families. Using well-researched approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, behavior modification, and family therapy modalities, you'll help empower families with the skills and resources to build lasting success.

Requirements

• Master's degree in a mental health-related field.
• Licensed or license-eligible in Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home and community-based sessions.
• Perform assessments of family strengths and needs.
• Develop and implement treatment plans following MST standards.
• Empower caregivers to independently address challenges and support youth in navigating family, school, peer, and neighborhood issues.
• Manage a flexible schedule tailored to family needs, including school meetings and court hearings.
