You’ll be working with families of teens (ages 12-17) to tackle tough challenges and create positive outcomes.As part of our MST team, you’ll receive comprehensive training in an evidence-based model and work closely with families, schools, and service providers to implement solutions that foster:Improved school attendance and performanceStronger family relationshipsPositive social connectionsReduced high-risk behaviors, such as running away, aggression, stealing, and substance use

Requirements

• A master’s degree in a mental health field.
• At least 2 years of experience working with families (community-based work preferred).
• A valid New York driver’s license and reliable transportation.
