Key duties involve weekly supervision, adherence checks, staff development, crisis support (including on-call), managing program operations, and promoting the program to referral sources.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Social Work or related field, required
• Posses, or have the ability to acquire, State License and certifications, required
• Minimum of three years clinical experience, required
• Valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Ensure therapists provide MST treatment in accordance with the model, establishes and maintains relationships with stakeholders
• Provide clinical supervision to two MST therapists who provide direct services to children and their families in Livingston County
• Ensure regular communication and timely updates on case progress to referring agents
• Contribute to agency visibility and development of community linkages by representing Highfields in community groups or committee
