About The Position

As a Multisite Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll lead our maintenance team to ensure our properties stay in tip-top shape. Your mechanical expertise will be key in keeping systems like HVAC, plumbing, and electrical running smoothly while also ensuring that the grounds, common areas, and curb appeal are top-notch.

Requirements

• Mechanically Inclined: You're the go-to problem solver for maintenance issues.
• Detail-Oriented: You understand that little things can make a big difference.
• Team Player: You're ready to lead by example and grow your team.
• Hard-Working & Motivated: You thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
• 2-3 years of experience in property maintenance (supervisory experience a plus)
• EPA Type 2 or Universal Certification
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead the Team: Oversee and train maintenance staff to perform high-quality work in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general property upkeep.
• Maintain Standards: Ensure all systems and facilities meet BAM’s brand standards and deliver a great living experience for residents.
• Preventative Maintenance: Schedule and oversee regular inspections and repairs to prevent issues before they arise.
• Team Development: Guide, coach, and help your team grow with training, feedback, and ongoing support.
• Cost-Effective Operations: Manage budgets, purchase supplies, and keep maintenance operations efficient.
