About the position

Responsible for identifying students with communication needs; planning and implementing appropriate research based intervention and support according to Individualized Education Program plans; and providing education and direction to school staff, family and related service providers regarding the student's communication needs. For more information, please see the job description for Speech-Language Pathologist positions. Speech-Language Pathologists are district-wide employees, but generally assigned to one or two main school buildings.

  • Providing education and direction to school staff, family, and related service providers regarding the student's communication needs

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or related field from an ASHA accredited university
  • MN Educational Speech Language Pathologist license
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship (CF) preferred
  • Prior experience as a Speech Language Pathologist preferred
