The Woodruff School of Mechanical Engineering (www.me.gatech.edu) at the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, GA invites applications for tenure-track faculty positions. Applicants will be considered at all ranks, and in any of the School's research areas (Acoustics/Dynamics, AI and Informatics, Automation, Robotics and Control, Bioengineering, CAE and Design, Fluid Mechanics, Heat Transfer, Combustion and Energy Systems, Manufacturing, Mechanics of Materials, Micro and Nano Engineering, and Nuclear and Radiological Engineering/Medical Physics). Applicants with expertise in Manufacturing, Bioengineering, System Dynamics and Controls, Automotive Engineering, or Intelligent Systems (applications of AI/ML and advanced computing in the context of mechanical engineering) are especially encouraged to apply. Those applying for positions at the Associate and Full Professor rank should have established records in research that demonstrate nationally and internationally recognized expertise.
