Under the guidance of the Imaging Services Director/Manager, performs diagnostic imaging procedures in two or more modalities (MRI, CT, Radiology), maintaining ARRT registries/certifications. Demonstrates proficiency and knowledge of the modalities and related equipment. Performs routine protocols in all modalities and enters timely documentation in Cerner and PACS. The hospital has been serving Palm Beach County and the Treasure Coast for more than 80 years.SMMC is a Level 1 Trauma Center, a state-designated Pediatric Trauma Referral Center, certified Comprehensive Stoke Center, and has a level III NICU. Pediatric services are provided at the Palm Beach Childrens Hospital at St. Marys Medical Center, which is the only dedicated childrens hospital between Ft. Lauderdale and Orlando.
