About The Position
The purpose of this position is to provide Imaging examinations to patients of all ages. Technologists demonstrate a working knowledge in two or more modalities. Must maintain current competencies for exams and related equipment in two or more modalities. Proficient in routine protocols and positions patients correctly using appropriate technical skills. Technologists access the patient’s condition, proficient in use of PACS, preparation of examination room, maintaining equipment and supplies. Technologists are required to maintain necessary patient records and participate in departmental Performance Improvement initiatives. Responsibilities
