About The Position

The Multimedia Marketing Designer is responsible for the design of effective marketing materials, ensuring consistency with United Way Worldwide brand standards. Promotional materials should have clear messaging, share the mission, and inspire people to get involved with United Way of Palm Beach County. Essential Duties and Responsibilities The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Use creative design and innovation to produce content across multiple marketing platforms Proficiency in editing and enhancing video footage Proficiency in creating animated info- graphics and designs Utilize software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and illustrator to produce high-quality animations and videos Experience in incorporating music and sound effects into digital marketing materials Create invitations, brochures, annual reports, flyers, digital assets, and additional materials needed for all departments Assist in creating and editing copy for print materials, videos, newsletters, etc. Ensure brand consistency for all outgoing materials and communications Manage multiple projects simultaneously Manage and maintain organization photo and video library Perform other duties as opportunities are presented and/or assigned by the Vice President of Marketing and Communications Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into designs Assist, as assigned by management, with the organization's disaster response efforts Perform other duties as opportunities are presented and/or assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred
  • 3+ years of marketing, graphic design, and communications experience
  • Experience working in multiple media channels
  • Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Flexible to change
  • Ability to work independently with strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong experience with Adobe Creative Suite software
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office product including Word, Excel, Publisher, and PowerPoint
