About The Position

The Multimedia Manager is responsible for overseeing all in-center media experiences across all locations nationwide. This includes managing digital screens, video walls, and music playlists to ensure an engaging and cohesive guest environment. The role requires expertise in digital technology platforms (such as RokBot), as well as proven experience in retail or entertainment environments where media plays a central role in enhancing customer experience.

Requirements

  • Strong background in managing multimedia environments within retail, entertainment, or hospitality industries.
  • Hands-on experience with digital media technologies, including platforms such as RokBot.
  • Excellent organizational, project management, and vendor management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in multimedia management, digital content programming, or AV operations.
  • Demonstrated success in enhancing customer/guest experiences through digital media.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day management and programming of in-center digital media, including digital screens, video walls, and playlist scheduling.
  • Manage and update music playlists to align with brand standards, audience preferences, and special events.
  • Utilize and optimize platforms such as RokBot to deliver seamless multimedia execution.
  • Partner with IT and vendors to ensure media hardware and software are properly installed, updated, and maintained.
  • Oversee specialized media offerings- UFC, NFL, and Championship Boxing.
  • Ensure multimedia elements (visual and audio) contribute to a consistent and immersive guest experience.
  • Align playlists, digital displays, and visual content with seasonal promotions, events, and brand messaging.
  • Monitor and adjust content based on customer feedback, traffic patterns, and engagement data.
  • Manage relationships with digital media, music licensing, and AV technology vendors.
  • Negotiate contracts, review performance, and coordinate with partners to deliver best-in-class multimedia solutions.
  • Ensure all licensing and compliance requirements are met for music and video content.
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar for in-location media across all venues.
  • Track and analyze performance of media initiatives, providing regular reporting on engagement, guest sentiment, and ROI.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and events teams to deliver integrated campaigns through on-site media.
