About The Position

Johnson Controls invites you to apply for a multimedia internship opportunity within our Enterprise Multimedia Studio, located in Glendale, WI. This hybrid internship offers hands‑on experience supporting the creation of multimedia content that advances our corporate mission. You’ll collaborate with experienced multimedia professionals to assist with video production, photography, editing, live event support, and content development for communications. How you will do it: Work alongside the Enterprise Multimedia Team to support all aspects of multimedia deliverable creation Assist in planning and maintaining the studio production calendar Edit employee photos and headshots Assemble and edit video and media content that supports training initiatives and the corporate mission Support the production of live and hybrid events with the Multimedia team Provide accurate estimates of required resources and turnaround times for video production Maintain organized records and archival materials for all video shoots and production activities Review and develop media content to enhance existing e-learning tools and communication assets What we look for: Qualifications Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Radio/Television, Film, Fine Arts, or a related field - Or 1+ years of practical experience in a multimedia‑related discipline Minimum of 1 year of experience operating video cameras, editing equipment, or working in graphic design Experience with project management Ability to visualize and effectively capture concepts through video and photography Experience working in a collaborative, team‑oriented environment Proficiency with Premiere Pro, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign, and Adobe Audition Internet Software experience e.g., Windows™ operating software, Internet browsers, and web page software tools HIRING HOURLY RANGE: $19.00 - $22.00 (Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location and alignment with market data.) Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Radio/Television, Film, Fine Arts, or a related field - Or 1+ years of practical experience in a multimedia‑related discipline
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience operating video cameras, editing equipment, or working in graphic design
  • Experience with project management
  • Ability to visualize and effectively capture concepts through video and photography
  • Experience working in a collaborative, team‑oriented environment
